For me, resolving fear is PERSONAL!
Like many, I know what it's like to feel trapped by the pain of the past. For years, I lived in a constant state of fear, stress, and exhaustion, convinced I was simultaneously making a mess of everything (even though I wasn't) AND watching time slip away.
Despite having many healthy relationships and career success, I was haunted by the belief that I was somehow damaging my child and that I wasn't "good enough."
The devastation of multiple suicides in my immediate family left me wrestling with grief that manifested in both psychological and physical symptoms. For years, I saw no real path to freedom from the emotional pain or the physcial alarm, and what was worse I saw the same pain and suffering in those I love.
You’re Not Broken, You’re Wired for Healing
You’re not overreacting. You’re not weak. You’re experiencing your nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do: protect you. (Though it doesn't feel like that!)
But when old experiences stay “stuck” in the brain and body, they keep replaying as anxiety, trauma-related grief, or self-doubt.
My work combines compassionate, fast and supremely gentle neuroscience-based techniques that help your brain unhook from trauma and return to safety, without years of talking about how you feel, (which is not right for everyone) or medication.

Havening Techniques®, for example, use soothing touch and sensory input to change the brain’s chemical response to trauma. This isn’t about reliving pain it’s about gently acknowledging, clearing and rewiring your brain to feel safe again.

What to Expect
- Our first connection will be a discovery call, where you need to see if you resonate with me and want to try what I offer, and I need to understand what you would like to work on, and whether I am the best fit for you. (And which of my modalities might be right for you, Hypnosis, Havening, NLP, Belief Change, Somatic Resolution)
- Your first session begins with an overview to plan our sessions; no deep or painful details are needed. A gentle conversation, a calm space to share what’s been happening and what you need. My methods do not require you to share what you do not want to - we can go disclosure-free if we need to, the methods still work.
- Once we have a plan, the most important thing that I want for you is for you to feel how gently and quickly you can move your nervous system from wherever it is, into a place of safety. Until you embody or connect to safety, there is no point in trying to resolve anything because healing begins with safety. You decide what you share, where we start (yes, you can test out the methods on the fury of a parking ticket if you want to).
- If we are Havening, we will be doing little 'rounds' of techniques; if you don't like one, we move on. I will ask you to score on a 0-10 scale how distressed you feel when we start a round, then we begin Havening Touch, (which is the soothing touch of your own, either hands, arms, or face), play some irrelivant but often fun games to transport your working mind to a different place, then we come back and I guide you to rescore your distress. You will likely feel it dismantled as we go. It feels calming, relaxing and soothing.
We’ll work at your pace, using neuroscience-based methods to calm your nervous system and dissolve the stress response attached to painful memories.
Many clients start noticing shifts in the first session, a little more ease, sleep, and space to breathe. Over time, that becomes peace.
