Many people understand their history, triggers, and emotional patterns, but that doesnât stop the reactions. Thatâs because understanding doesnât shut down the nervous systemâs activation loop.
I specialise in actual resolution, not coping strategies or endless processing, so your nervous system stops firing old survival responses in the present (including parent guilt).
This work integrates neuroscience, somatic regulation, and traumaâinformed Havening with precise sequencing and containment, so you finish the loop rather than manage it.
