Level 2 Advanced Training – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a place in Level 2 Advanced Training (SomaGenics, BeliefTech Workshops), you agree to the following terms in full.

About Jenesis

Jenesis is the training arm of Jentle. References to Jenesis and Jentle within these terms refer to the same organisation and trading entity. Your contract is with Jentle.

 

Refunds & Transfers

  • A full refund will be issued if requested by email 14 days before the training start time.
  • Tickets are non-transferable. In exceptional circumstances, a one-time transfer to a future training may be requested by email no later than 7 days before the training start time, subject to availability and at Jenesis’ sole discretion.
  • Jenesis reserves the right to arrange for another qualified trainer to deliver or complete any training session without notice.
  • In the event that Jenesis needs to reschedule or cancel a training entirely, participants will be offered either a transfer to a future training date or a transfer to another qualified trainer, at Jenesis’ sole discretion. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

 

Attendance

  • Full attendance for the duration of the training is required.
  • If you do not attend, arrive late, leave early, or attend only part of the training, your ticket is considered used and no refund will be issued.

 

Recording & Replay

  • If your training is online, the training will not be recorded for marketing purposes, but Jenesis reserves the right to use recordings in future training products.
  • When the training is online, the replay will be provided only to those who attend the full live training.
  • Live attendance is required to experience the training fully.

 

Technology Requirements

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to Zoom.
  • Technical difficulties on the participant’s end do not qualify for refunds.

 

Scope of Practice

  • Students who have not yet received certification may not represent themselves as SomaGenics or BeliefTech Practitioners, use the SomaGenics or BeliefTech names in a professional or promotional capacity, or deliver SomaGenics or BeliefTech sessions to clients in a paid or formal context.
  • This applies for the duration of training and until certification is formally confirmed in writing by Jenesis.
  • Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination of the training relationship without refund.

 

Conduct & Removal

  • If your behaviour is deemed disruptive to other participants by the trainer, you will receive one warning. If the behaviour continues, you will be asked to leave and your ticket will be forfeited. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
  • Jenesis reserves the right to remove or refuse access to any participant whose behaviour is inconsistent with the Jenesis Student Agreement.

 

Student Agreement

By purchasing this training, you also agree to the Jenesis Student Agreement, which forms part of these terms and conditions. The Student Agreement covers community conduct, confidentiality, engagement expectations, and scope of practice. A copy is available at https://www.jentle.org/Student-Agreement. Failure to comply with the Student Agreement may result in removal from the training without refund, at the trainer’s discretion.

 

Disclaimer

  • This training is for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
  • By attending, you agree to take full responsibility for your wellbeing and to practise within your own personal and professional scope of practice.

 

Limitation of Liability

  • Jenesis’ liability is limited to one of the remedies set out above and does not extend to any additional costs incurred by the participant, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jenesis and its trainers accept no liability for any loss, damage, or harm — financial, emotional, professional, or otherwise — arising from participation in, or inability to participate in, any training. Participation is entirely at the student’s own risk.

 

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, regardless of the participant’s country of residence or the location from which the training is accessed.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full, including the Jenesis Student Agreement referenced above.
