Week 1 – The Stories We Tell Ourselves

We’ll begin by exploring and leaving behind a story, programme or label that's quietly, UNHELPFULLY, shaping your life. You’ll leave behind a belief or narrative or somatic pattern that no longer serves you, creating space and enabling grounding. You’ll learn how beliefs form in the psyche and how to rewire them for possibility. And you’ll anchor one empowering belief to carry forward.

Week 2 – Resilience Under Pressure

Together, we’ll look at how you respond to stress. You’ll release one unhelpful coping habit or stress reaction you’ve been stuck in. You’ll learn the neuroscience of resilience and discover how to bounce back faster. You’ll leave primed with the felt sense AND tools to steady your nervous system for strength and calm.

Week 3 – Boundaries Without Guilt

This week is about protecting your energy without shutting people out. You’ll let go of one place in life where you’ve been over-giving or over-exposed. You’ll learn how to set healthy boundaries without burning bridges. And you’ll step into a new boundary that honours your time, energy, and peace.

Week 4 – Parenting with Presence (any age, any stage)

Parenting often brings guilt, fear, and endless “shoulds.” This week you’ll put one of those heavy burdens down. You’ll learn emotional connection and nervous system tools that bring more harmony into your parent–child relationship. And you’ll lock in a moment of presence and connection that you want more of.

Week 5 – Emotions as Messengers

What if I miss a session?

These sessions are designed to be lived in the moment, highly interactive and immersive, so you get the most from being there. Because of this, concessions or recordings aren’t available for missed sessions.

Do I need any prior experience?

 

Not at all. Everything is taught in a clear, accessible way. Just bring an open mind (and maybe a pen & paper if you like to jot things down).
