Refund & Transfer Policy

Your place on this training is important and numbers are limited. A great deal of planning, venue hire, and facilitator scheduling goes into every course, so I appreciate your understanding of the following policy.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the start of the course and receive a full refund, less any transaction fees.

For cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before the start date, you may transfer your place once to another training (subject to availability) or to another person, but no refunds will be issued.

Within 14 days of the training start date, no refunds or transfers are available, as all costs are fully committed.

Exceptional Circumstances
I understand that life can sometimes take unexpected turns. In the case of genuine emergencies (such as illness, bereavement, or unforeseen travel restrictions), please get in touch. Where possible, I’ll work with you to find a compassionate solution.

If I Need to Reschedule
In the unlikely event that I must postpone or cancel a training, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to another date.
