Havening Training – Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a place in the Havening Training, you agree to the following:

Refunds & Transfers

  • A full refund will be issued if requested by email 14 days before the training start time.

  • Jenesis reserves the right, at our discretion, to transfer your ticket to a future training if there is one, if contacted 7 days before the training start time, subject to availability.

  • Jenesis reserves the right to refuse entry to a training, reschedule, or cancel your ticket. Should this happen, a full refund will be given.

Non-Attendance

  • If you do not attend the live training, your ticket is considered used.

  • No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.

Recording & Replay

  • If your training is online, the training will not be recorded for marketing purposes, but we reserve the right to use recordings in future training products.

  • When the training is online, the replay will be provided only to those who attend the live training.

  • Live attendance is required to experience the training fully.

Technology Requirements

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and access to Zoom.

  • Technical difficulties on the participant’s end do not qualify for refunds.

  • Participants agree to comply with all HT T and C policies, including any health, safety, and conduct requirements specified by Jenesis.

  • Failure to comply may result in removal from the training without refund, at Jenesis’ discretion.

Refund & Transfer Policy

Your place on this training is important, and numbers are limited. A great deal of planning, scheduling, and preparation goes into every course, so I appreciate your understanding of the following policy.

Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the start of the course and receive a full refund, less any transaction fees.

For cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before the start date, you may transfer your place once to another training (subject to availability) or to another person. No refunds will be issued during this period.

Within 14 days of the training start date, no refunds or transfers are available, as all costs are fully committed.

Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that life can sometimes take unexpected turns. In the case of genuine emergencies (such as illness, bereavement, or unforeseen travel restrictions), please get in touch. Where possible, I’ll work with you to find a compassionate solution.

If I Need to Reschedule

In the unlikely event that I must postpone or cancel a training, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to another date.
